Description
This piece started as a still life with these beautiful, cut glass, perfume bottles and evolved from there. The mirror belonged to my husbands Nana and fit in perfectly with the decidedly "girly" feeling. I love taking snippets of a womans life, enlarging them and taking the time to develop a mood, emotion and texture to express that moment. Hmmmm...I can smell the perfume...

Thank you, Shannon! The time i spend on one piece really depends on how inspired i am, time available etc. This one took about two weeks of an hour or so a day. BTW, your photos are amazing! I'm glad I found your page :)
